Six officers of Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency are repairing the water channel as long as 3.90 meters with 30 centimeters deep in RT 03/01, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

"Repair is focused on flood-prone areas," expressed Abdul Rouf, Head of Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency, Saturday (9/26).

According to him, the officers also repaired damaged control tanks and replaced them with new ones as wide as 40x40 centimeters with a depth of 30 centimeters.

"It has been repaired since September 22 and is targeted to be complete today," he told.
